Mr. Robert A. Eads was unanimously appointed, Acting City Manager, during the July 27, 2010 City Council meeting, by Resolution 2010-123. 

Mr. Eads became Del Rio's Assistant City Manager in March 2009 with many years in municipal government work.  Eads, known for his leadership and organizational skills will work to move Del Rio forward.
