The City of Del Rio is seeking a professional consulting firm to provide expertise in identifying, suggesting and guiding the City with grant application availability and possible administration depending on the type of application and project and assisting the City with compliance with federal regulations while maximizing the use of grant funds available to the local community.
The City will be accepting sealed submittals up until 2:00 PM on June 11, 2026. Submittals can be mailed, or hand delivered. All submittals received after this time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.

This solicitation does not commit the City of Del Rio to award a contract, to pay any costs associated with the submission or preparation of any submittal submitted, or the procurement of the equipment listed. The City of Del Rio reserves the right to consider any other factors that it deems to be relevant to its needs. The City of Del Rio reserves the right to request additional information from an individual or to request all submitters to submit supplemental materials in fulfillment of the content requirements of this request for qualifications (RFQ) or to meet additional information needs of the City. The City of Del Rio also reserves the unilateral right to waive any technical or format requirements contained in the RFQ. The City of Del Rio reserves the right to require additional technical information and negotiate all elements which comprise the proposal to ensure that the best possible consideration be afforded to all concerned. The City of Del Rio reserves the right to accept all or part of any proposal, to reject any or all proposals and to re-solicit for statements of qualification.
