Utility Billing
Water and Gas Accounts
The Utility Billing Department is responsible for the City of Del Rio water, sewer, and gas service payments. Utility Billing also provides customer assistance regarding new and existing utility accounts, performs meter readings and meter service functions.

Utility Bill can be paid online or by phone by calling 866-299-3771. Please note, there is a $2.00 processing fee per transaction.

The Utility Billing Department is the contact for solid waste accounts serviced by PlatformWaste Solutions for both residential and commercial accounts.
Residential Solid Waste Services are provided to citizens who have a current City of Del Rio Water Account, charges will show on the monthly water bill.
Commercial Solid Waste Services require a one month deposit prior to the service start date. Please fill out the Commercial Waste Service form to submit at the Utility Billing Department, along with your required one month deposit. Commercial accounts who have paid on time for 24 consecutive months will have their deposit refunded back to them.
