Steps to Become a Volunteer

1. Complete an application

2. Sign the release forms

Once you completed the application, be sure to print, fill out and sign a Background Check Release  and a Volunteer Release. (And if you are under the age of 18, be sure to also get a parent/guardian to complete the second page of the volunteer release form.)

*Please note: all volunteers must have a background check, and a Social Security number is required to conduct the background check.

3. Return the forms to us

Return all forms to us through one of the methods below:

After your application has been processed and your background check is complete, we will notify you by email or phone.
