This docket is for persons who have already been found guilty of an offense, and sometimes for people who have a mix of old and new cases. Generally speaking, if a person has not complied with the Court’s order, they may be ordered to appear to explain why. If a person is having trouble complying with a court order, they can contact the court and ask to see the judge during this time.
Some examples of compliance problems are:
- You were ordered to pay in full, or make partial payments, and you haven’t paid as agreed
- You were ordered to take a Driver’s Safety Course and you didn’t.
- You did not comply with the condition of your Deferred Disposition order.
- You did not complete Community Service.
If you are having trouble doing what you have been ordered to do, you should contact the court promptly. You might be given an extension, are you might be entitled an alternate way of satisfying your obligations. Remember, we can’t help you if we don’t know what the problem is.
You don’t have to wait for the Court to contact you. If you have questions or want to see the Judge, we welcome your call or email.

Persons who have pleaded “not guilty” will be set for trial. Usually they will be set for a Pre-Trial hearing as well. Pre-Trial hearings will be held about a month from your trial date, on the last Wednesday of the month at 1:30 p.m.
If you are ordered to appear at a Pre-Trial hearing you must appear as ordered. If you are not sure, contact the court.

Jury trials
Jury Trials are scheduled throughout the year, as necessary.
