If you do not possess a trash and/or recycling container at your residence and you have not completed an application for services, contact the Utility Billing Office at (830) 774-8501 or visit the Utility Billing office located at 109 W. Broadway, Del Rio, Texas 78840.

If you have completed an application for water / trash / sewer services and have not received your trash and/or recycling container at your residence, please contact Utility Billing at 830-774-8504 to request your receptacles.

Solid Waste Services & Concerns

If you would like to request additional Solid Waste Services; additional garbage pick-up, additional trash and/or recycling container, etc. OR, If you have a concern or complaint about Solid Waste Services; missed garbage pick-up, damaged trash and/or recycling bin, etc, please contact Utility Billing at 830-774-8504.
