Water Distribution
The Water Distribution Department:
- Maintains existing water line infrastructure
- Replace/repair/upgrade water mains and service lines
- Provides water services to new developments
- Maintains fire hydrants
- Flushes out dead-end mains through fire hydrants to keep the water from going stale
- Replace any water leaks, main breaks, and valve leaks
- Replace service lines
- Installs new infrastructure, repairs it, or upgrades it
- Changes water meters
